Kim Hyun-woo lived in luxury and prosperity, devoting all his free time to online games.

But one day his parents had an accident in which his father died. His usual life collapsed, the family had to sell the house and move to a one-room apartment.

Several years later, he continues to work hard, spending all of his money on paying his mother’s medical bills, and combining work with school.

But one day, one of Hyun-Woo’s teachers offers him a job at Global Exos Korea, which is developing VRMMORPG, a virtual online game called New World.

Hyun-woo accepts the offer and, having faked his details in the questionnaire, manages to pass a rigorous selection process.

Thus, he becomes a participant in testing the latest gaming device, receiving a decent salary for this.

After creating an account in the game “New World”, Hyun-Woo chooses the nickname Ark (Ark) and begins his path to success.
