Chapter 263. Crazy Situation (3)

– What… what did you say? – Si Hoon opened his eyes wide, and his hand, in which he held a sword, trembled.

– You still see me as Kang Woo?

His words sounded with derision.

– Ah!

Why didn’t he think about it?

Why didn’t he guess?

– You…

Kang Woo couldn’t attack him. He couldn’t cut the angel and grab Yeon Joo by the neck – he’s not that kind of person. Kang Woo is kinder and more caring than anyone he knew. He is the one who loved him more than blood relatives.

– Who are you?. – Si Hoon could not believe that Kang Woo has changed so dramatically. “Who are you, you bastard?!

Si Hoon moved his hands, and a huge number of swords rose from the ground into the air. The head is hot. He reached the limit and groaned, but…

– Ahhh!

He ignored this. Now he doesn’t care about pain when anger envelops his body. Dozens of swords headed for Kang Woo, no, the demon that took possession of his body.

White flames appeared around.

The swords slammed into the black barrier and fell to the ground.

– I don’t even know… who am I? – he laughed and examined everyone present.

The looks of the others reflected the real horror. Kang Woo closed his fist imperceptibly.

“Fuck! – he could not get enough of it. – It worked! It really worked!”

He played a performance that caught his breath.

Ideal scenario.

Simple and effective

If the problem is that Oh Kang Woo appeared from the prophecy during the call of the demon, then you need to make sure that it was not him.

“Though, of course, a little ashamed.”

A defeated Yong Joo was sitting on the ground, and there were tears on Si Hoon’s cheeks. Even though it was the situation that made him do it, he still felt guilty in front of these two.

Sorry, Yong Joo.

He first saw the technique she was performing, but interrupted it too easily.

“She seems to have done well.”

A technique that turns metal chains into red flowers.

Oni Yong Joo is often seen, but this is the first time he’s seen this technique. So she was training in secret from him. The technique itself is good, but the execution let us down.

Probably, for others it may seem rather complicated, but for Kang Woo she was nothing.

“Oh…” Kang Woo frowned.

The guy remembered Yeon Joo’s desperate face when the technique collapsed. He inflicted severe pain on her by grabbing her by the neck.

“Later I will compensate for the damage done to you.”

He really would like to iron out his guilt.

“And…” – he shifted his gaze to Si Hoon.

– You… you…

Anger, reassurance, hatred and despair mingled on his face.

Hatred and anger were directed at the demon from the prophecy, and reassurance came with the knowledge that it really was not Kang Woo.

“Fuck, forgive me, Si Hoon, really!”

Of course, he felt the greatest guilt before Si Hoon.

It seemed to the guy that his heart was about to burst, seeing a huge number of wounds on the body of his younger brother.

“I had nothing left.”

Although the excuse was so-so, it was true.

In order to get out of this situation, he had to stop being Oh Kang Woo and show that this is a demon that captured his body. Of course, to make everything look believable, Si Hoon had to be severely wounded.

“Trust me, I’m sad too.

Every time Si Hoon brings himself to this state, Kang Woo worries if the guy can really die.

“Thank you for holding on.”

Thanks to the fact that Si Hoon was able to cope with the situation, everything went like clockwork.

“I never thought the day would come when I pretend to be myself.”

And how did it happen?

But now there was absolutely no other way out.

“Now…” – Kang Woo narrowed his eyes.

Time to drive the guilt as far as possible.

– You…

Now Si Hoon really looked like the main character. He was consumed by a rage directed at the demon posing as Kang Woo. It laughed madly again.

– Ha ha ha, yes, this is the face! Now I understand why Satan loves you so much!

Si Hoon became only angrier, and tightened his grip on the sword hilt. He no longer needs proof that this is not Kang Woo, but a dirty demon.

The guy’s face immediately changed. He instantly used all his power and swung his sword, aiming at Kang Woo’s head.

– Ha! And why are you doing this?

The appeared black blades easily repelled the attack with a sword.

The demon grinned nasty and said:

– This is your dear brother, no? Is it possible to attack your beloved brother so cruelly?

– Shut up!

– Pha ha ha!

He seems to be mockingly repelled another attack.

“Oh, – despite his outwardly calm appearance, sweat began to trickle down Kang Woo’s neck. “And just when did he get so strong?”

The guy was looking at Si Hoon with interest. Right now Kang Woo wasn’t doing his best, but it was really difficult to repel the guy’s attacks.

“So you keep growing, brother.” he smiled proudly.

Otherwise, he would have patted Si Hoon on the shoulder.

“Anyway…” – Kang Woo looked around.

First stage plan was successfully completed.

“But this is not enough.”

This will not remove all suspicions from himself.

“Maybe Yong Joo and Si Hoon will believe me, but not the angels.”

Of course they won’t buy it. He did not have time to earn the trust of the angels.

Their relationship was based only on understanding and cold calculation. It’s too presumptuous to expect them to have the same faith as Si Hoon and Yong Joo.

“More proof is needed.”

Something that will definitely prove he’s not Kang Woo.

“If everything goes according to plan…”

He will have such a chance. He, hoping for this, turned his gaze to Si Hoon.

– Agrh! – Si Hoon, who was continuing the attack, painfully raised his hand.

He used all his strength, and the skin on his hands cracked, and his breathing became difficult.

At that moment, Yong Joo rose from the ground. She touched Kang Woo’s neck with her hand and looked at the demon.

– So this… this really isn’t Kang Woo, that moron? – hatred was read in her eyes.

Si Hoon nodded and pursed his lips.

“Not enough” – he involuntarily grinned and looked not at the demon.

The strength of this unknown demon hiding under the guise of Kang Woo exceeded all expectations. It was impossible for him to withstand the powers that the angels and the Players currently possessed.

– Shargiel! – shouted Si Hoon.

– You want to say… that this is another demon? – a misunderstanding appeared on his face, as if he did not understand what was happening now.

– Shargiel! – again called Si Hong.

And only then the angel’s gaze moved to the guy.

– Call Raphael! Now!

– He… – the angel frowned.

He has not yet fully recovered from the wounds inflicted by Satan. Now he could only move.

– Faster!

Shargiel pursed his lips in concern. Si Hoon was right. With the forces that are now on the battlefield, this demon cannot be defeated.

– Wait, – Shargiel closed his eyes and tried to contact Raphael.

A golden circle appeared above his head.

– Hmm, are you going to call for reinforcements? Well, not bad.

The demon disguised as Kang Woo smiled smugly and looked at Shargiel and Si Hoon. The guy was holding a communication ball, used for communication between the Guardians.

“Even if he is not Kang Woo…”

Then you can try to contact the real Kang Woo. Si Hoon transferred some force into a ball.

– Huh?.

The ball immediately lit up and a characteristic vibration was heard.

– What’s going on? – came the voice of Kang Woo.

Everything is perfect, but…

– H-how?. – Si Hoon’s gaze trembled, and his face turned pale.

– What? If you are calling a person, you have to say something, don’t you think?

The voice coming from the ball was the same as that which the demon was speaking pretending to be Kang Woo.

– Where did you get…

– Ah-ha-ha!- Kang Woo grabbed his stomach and laughed.

“There she is!”

The situation that Kang Woo was waiting for. He assumed that this would be the case. He hoped that something Si Hoon or Yong Joo would try to contact him.

“Well,” the second stage passed.

– You yourself know the answer to this question.

– W-what?.

– Now your dear brother… – Kang Woo turned his head slowly. – Where do you think he is and what is he doing?

Si Hoon trembled.

– Ha ha ha! The demon laughed madly.

Kang Woo snapped his fingers lightly. Something resembling a screen appeared in the air, and the video started.

– Ahhh! ..

Seeing the recording, Si Hoon fell to his knees. Despair overtook him.

– Si… Hoon?.

He saw Kang Woo through the noise on the monitor. The chained guy raised his head. His voice was so weak that he was about to pass out.

– Run…

  1. Why can’t he just abandon this act? It’s getting so f annoying. He is truly a good guy, I mean, he has some questionable methods but Rudbich did too so if he explained that the true demon from the prophecy is trapped inside him and kept blaming satan then everything would be so much easier.

    1. Truly a good guy ? Bruh
